Magdalena is a certified Etiquette Coach, trained by The Beaumont Etiquette and The English Manner, two internationally recognized academies of protocol and modern etiquette.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), she combines a deep understanding of human behavior with strong strategic and organizational insight.

Her academic and professional experiences form the foundation of a unique approach that blends empathy, structure, and practical transformation.

More than 20 years experience in leadership and self-empowerment

Over the course of her career, Magdalena has gained more than ten years of experience in healthcare management and another ten years in business consulting, leading teams and advising clients strategically across industries and cultures. Her consulting background refined her ability to help individuals and organizations communicate effectively, lead with confidence, and generate positive, measurable results in process optimization, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Having lived and worked across Europe and North America, Magdalena brings a genuine cross-cultural perspective to her coaching, helping clients thrive in diverse social settings. Her coaching is not about rigid formality, but about developing your natural confidence, emotional intelligence, and establishing a presence that feels authentic.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Throughout my career, I have come to believe that true professional success extends beyond technical expertise. It requires emotional intelligence, effective communication, and a strong personal presence.

This understanding inspired the creation of The Etiquette Method, a new and unique professional and social etiquette training school designed to equip individuals and teams with the interpersonal and presentation skills essential for excellence in today’s world of AI chats, fast-paced business and ever-changing social dynamics.
